varying color of incoming mail

A user in my company set up his Outlook so that all
messages that are sent directly to him appear in a
different color while message in which he is part of a
distribution list, or if he is cc'ed, are in black. I
checked his Rules Wizard. He didn't do it there. He
can't remember how he set this up. Anyone have any ideas?

I think this is done using a color filter.

Or it could be done by email options font settings
