VB App + Access 2007 + Client Problems

I have created a visual basic application with connections to an Access 2007
database. I have 20 clients running the application with no issues. I have
one client who can not run it. The error says that the database is an
unrecognized format. The user can open the database just fine with Access,
but not with the application I have made.

Any ideas?
