VB opens after hibernation resume

If I open the Visual Basic Editor from Excel, close VB, hibernate,
resume from hibernation then the Visual Basic Editor opens
automatically. This only happens if I kept excel open, so if I also
close Excel and reopen Excel without accessing the VB editor then
nothing happens after resuming from hibernation.

It shouldnt open VB after resuming from hibernation.

This applies to both Excel 2003 and Excel 2007 on Windows XP. I am
fully updated with all updates to Office and Windows.
How can I fix this ?
