VB script error!

A Project Manager is trying to accept updates in PWA 2003 and when he
clicks update all, it is giving the VB script error that says he does
not have Project 2003 or 2003 set up on his computer with this
account. This is not the case as he most certainly has everything set
up correct. Does anyone know what could be causing this error.

Try opening up project 1st, and then accepting the updates. I've seen this
happen where multiple accounts are set up in project server, and where McAfee
is used as the AV software - basically Project is not able to authenticate
without user intervention.
