VB6 IDE Always Crashes

Hi

Im working on a com addin for Outlook 2003. When I try and debug my code the
VB editor crashes and closes. This happens when i click the stop button to
stop debugging.

I cant imagine that i am the only person to be getting this error, i have
installed service pack 6 for visual studios and have applied all the updates
to Office but nothing fixes the problem.

Anyone got any clues as to how i might fix this.
