VBA book recommendations

Any suggestions for good books on VBA? I've written a few little
macros and have some programming experience.

Do I need both a tutorial and a reference book? Is tghere one book
that does it all?

I usually do better with lots of examples.

Is there a good website for this?

Is VBA the same for all Office apps? I see some VBA books on Amazon
for Office and some for just one app (Excel, Access, Word). Would I be
better off with one for all of Office or one specifically for Word?
