VBA Code Needed: Remove Filter, Go To Field, Find Record

You'd think thjis would be easy, right? I am going to a subform which
takes the user to related records.

I also want to put a button on this form which:

1) Removes the filter (i.e.: goto related records)
2. Finds ALL records in the underlying table recordset
3) Goes to a field (County)
4) Performs a standard Access Find (Find Next)

I have tried quite a few techniques, and nothing fully works.
