Hi Guys hopefully you can help me out on this one
I've almost completed a Resource Creation tool for shared calendars.
I've managed to create / configure everything except the Resource
Scheduling options & ACL's
I'm stumped on the following parts and would appreciate help in any
way/shape or form.

Without Opening Outlook - Set:
Automatically Accept meeting requests and process cancellations
Automatically decline conflicting meeting requests
And set the correct permissions to the default calendar ACL's
If i can't do this by code another workable option would be
Run outlook and automatically bring up the Options | Calendar Options |
Resource Scheduling menu options (bearing in mind that Outlook may not
be the top most window)
