VBA error boxes upon opening Excel 2007

Right out of the box, I get 8 error windows whenever I start Excel 2007.
They are all about VBA. They say the file I am opening contains content that
isn't supported in 2007. This is when I am not trying to open any file -
just opening Excel. They tell me to go to Office Online for the solution,
but I can't find the solution. Can you help me get rid of the error 8
windows?? Thanks!!

Most likely, it is a misbehaving add-in or a bad file in the XLStart folder.
