VBA help is not working properly

Hello everybody

I have recently updated to Office 2000 Service Pack 3 from Office 2000
Service Pack 1. But there is problem in VBA help now after updating. The
problem is that
Contents tab is ok, but i cannot type in Answer Wizard and Index tab. When i
move the mouse to the editing box of them the mouse pointer is converted to
double headed arrow and it is not possible to type.
This was ok with Office 2000 Service Pack 1.

Is there any solution for this problem? Thanks in advance.
