VBA or VB add-ins in Outlook 2000

I want to write VBA or VB add-ins to get the information
from Outlook mail, i.e after a user compose a mail in
Outlook, by clicking a button created by me then will
retrieve the inforation of "To...", "Subject", "Content of
the mail" and "the attachment", did anyone have an idea
how to do it?
