[VBA] Sum Range os values

Hi.

I've uploaded this file:

Everything is perfect of what I need but the last SUM.
I tried many ways to sum the column "D", not all, just the values in grey
colour...

Can someone help me on that ???

I'm not sure how many people will take the time to download your file to see the
real question. Heck, I'm not sure how many people would open a workbook that
may have something bad in it. (I know I won't for both reasons.)
