VBA to insert a file into outlook

Hello all,
I am new to this so if I am posting this in the wrong place please forgive me

I need a Macro that will send an e-mail to the person in column A1; with the e-mail in B1; with the title in C1and body text in D1, and attaching a file (the path is currently written in E1)

The objective is to send individual mail to the list of people that will be in column A1


Can someone help me with a macro for this?
