VbaProject missing in specific project File

Hi,
When I open and I enable macros for specific project file I not can see the VbaProject in Visual Basic Editor. If open other project file, I can see the VbaProject.
What happen with specific file?

High,

The code may be in a form, or the Project object which is where auto open
macros will live. Code isn't all in VBA Modules. There could also be a class
object.

Thank you Rod, but I not can see nothing in Visual Basic Editor from this
file. I not can see VBAProject (File name): (Modules, Forms, Class Modules
and Microsoft Project Object) but I can see this information of other project
files.
I use Microsoft Project 2000 (9.0.2001.0219 SR-1) but other users open
this file in Microsoft Project 2002 . I don't know what Happen with this
specific project file.
