VBE6INTL.DLL could not be found

I've just installed MS Visio 2000 Standar Edition Spanish
Version and I have MS Windows 2000 Server English
Version..after installation is finished...I click the
Visio Icon and when it gets to the 80% it shows the
following message and then it close.
"The Language DLL "VBE6INTL.DLL" could not be found"
I will appreciate if someone knows how to fix this...to
send me an e-mail...
