Is there a simple utility that can convert vCal appointments/calendar info
(on desktop PC) into Outlook data on a Windows Mobile device?

Is there a program that can automate this task using ActiveSync?

There should be applications that import vCal data into Outlook. Google
will find them. Once Outlook contains the data, ActiveSync will transfer it
to the PDA.
