Vendor schedule Progress reporting

I am on a programme, which will be offloading lot of work
to sub contractors. Would appreciate, if some one can
share some ideas on the best way to track progress on sub
contracted work.

Hi Jason,

Will these people be in your office? If not, you could have them use PWA if
they have an account on your network with VPN or Terminal Services.

If not, you could set up Project Server to be accessed outside the firewall,
which could be quite a large task depdning on your networking capavilities,
security policies, etc.

Otherwise, there is not another 'elegant' way of integrating your
contractors with your Project Server.
