Verify or rebuild database

Hi all,

have not found an answer which works for us yet. We use Entourage 12.1.9 and all of a sudden we cannot send email anymore and get an error message "verify or rebuild database", which we did but the error message still comes. We have over 200GB disk space available and only a few emails. Any thoughts? Thank you so much.

A corrupted Entourage preference could do that. You could trash them and
relaunch. You'll loose very little in the process (not the account
settings or anything like that for instance) and it should clear the
issue.

Well you could start by moving them the desktop. If you later realize
there is really nothing in there that you miss, you can then safely
trash them.
