verifying document properties??

what is that? now when I try to save a page in fp 2003 - a little box pops
up and says verifying document properties but it doesn't go away and I have
to cancel out of it and hten the page saves fine...anyone know why this is
suddenly happening?

I had this same question a few months ago and here's the response I got from
one of the developers:

"That is caused by network latency. You will see it when your connection is
slow. It has been there since FrontPage 2000 (maybe even 98) but due to a
subtle change, it becomes more likely you will see it in FrontPage 2002.

Believe it or not, FP always checks the doc properties, but usually it
happens so fast you can't see it."

At work if our network is slow I see the box but most of the time I don't.
Just wait a few seconds and it will go away and everything will be fine.
