Veritas version 9.1. The option to skip open files is selected; however the
backup fails and reports that it is unable to attach to microsoftbcm.
Uninstalled Business Contact Manager on the user's PC, rebooted and still
get this error. Microsoftbcm is not listed under Admin Tools, Services.
Not listed as an option under Outlook, Help, About Microsoft Office Outlook.
Not an option under Outlook, File, Data File Management. There is no MSbcm
service running for sqlserver.exe. Been running Veritas backups on this PC
for six weeks and everything has been OK up until today, 5/12/06. No new
programs installed, updated or deleted except latest Microsoft critical
updates 5/10/06. Running WXP, SP2, Office 2003 Pro with Outlook 2003. Any
