Veritcal Borders Disappear

Hi

Here is my web page made from excel:

Notice how none of the boxes have vertical borders. This happened after I
messed around with the charts. The boxes should look more like this:

any ideas why?

nevermind, it's working somehow? Well, if anyone is 'familiar' with this
problem, some clarification would be nice
