Version independent add-in (possible?)

I have successfully added a commandbar button to several MS Office apps via
COM add-in. Now I need to distribute this add-in throughout remote locations
in the corporation and undoubtedly various MS Office version will be in use.

How do I make the MS Office COM add-in version independent?

Hi,

By using so called late binding You can support several versions, i e
between 2000 - 2007.
