version mismatch after Infrastructure Update

I apologize if this is inadvertent 2nd post (browser crapped out).

WSS 3.0 SP1 and PS 2007 SP1. One web/app server and one SQL 2005 SP2 server
(two-tier farm). Just applied July infrastructure update using TechNet
articles. Config Wizard completed successfully, Upgrade.log shows 0 errors
and 0 warnings. Central Admin, Operations, Servers and top-level site, PWA
and team sites site settings pages all show 6318. Actual physical files I
spotchecked also show 6318. The Excel and Print buttons show in PWA
Enterprise Custom Fields (only new feature I spotchecked).

** However, in Add/Remove Programs -- although the WSS and Office Server
infrastructure updates are listed -- both PS and WSS show 6219 (SP1 version).
SQL query Show * From Versions report 6318 on AdminContent, WSS_SPS_Content,
Project_Published (only those spotchecked) but not on the SharedService
Provider database (SSP1_DB) which only shows 6219.

I tried rerunning Config Wizard but it just asked if I wanted to keep server
in farm and keep central admin on server (yes), nothing about upgrade.

How to resolve? Perhaps should I run psconfig -cmd upgrade -inplace b2b
-wait -force

Thanks,
jremmc
