Any idea how to vertically aign text in a label and/or in a text box in a form?

Open the form in desiogn view
Right click the control
Open the properties box
In the format column select the Text Align row
Select the option you want

But Wayne that's only Horizontal Alignment!
What if I want a Text Box or a Bordered Label to be "Vertically" aligned
i.e. displayed at the bottom or middle?
