Vertical Ruler on Word Documents

How do I get the vertical ruler on Word documents to show
the margin (greyed out) followed by the actual space for
the text. It seems to do this for the horizontal ruler,
but not the vertical. I am using MS Office 2003
Professional.

Try Tools > Options > View. Tick the "White space between pages" box

Thanks Shauna - this helped me too. I first thought it was a bug because it had disappeared all of the sudden (without any action from my side) and I reinstalled all of Office :
