Vertical Text (90 degrees?)

I have some reports where I would like to be able to rotate certain labels
and text boxes 90 degrees. I realize that Access has a Vertical property but
it rotates the text 270 degrees. Is there a way to rotate such objects 90
degrees without resorting to third-party add ons?

Actually it doesn't help. I said that I know the property exists but it does
not rotate text 90 degrees. This is what I'm trying to figure out how to do.
Can this be done and if so, how?
