I have just upgraded to Access2003 from
Access2000.
I have WindowsXP pro MediaCentre.
I have a new dual-core Pentium IV and 1Gb
RAM.
My invoice form has a subform with a
datasheet for "InvoiceLines".
One of the fields here is for comments to be
shown on the invoice body, and I have coded
for a zoom box to popup when the cursor
enters this 'comments' field.
The zoom box appears quickly enough, but is
extremely slow to shut when the OK button is
pressed.
Yhe "onEnter" property has the following
code:
<DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdZoomBox>
Can someone tell me why is so slow in
Access2003?
Please help, Frank
PS. I have already shut down the
Subdatasheets using the
"TurnOffSubDataSheets" code published in the
MS KB.
