Hello,
I just installed Outlook 2003 this afternoon and, subsequently, downloaded
and installed the Video Email add-in. To my surprise, when I click on the
add-in from within Outlook, I am told that my USB camera is not connected to
my computer.
I have determined that my Webcam is indeed connected and working by
accessing it from Control Panel, which even informs me that the Webcam has
passed the necessary diagnostics in order to function.
I am using a Logitech QuickCam, which works wonderfully in MSN Messenger.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as the add-in's webpage is unavailable
according to IE 6.
