Video in my Publisher web site

I am trying to put a vidoe clip into my MS Publisher web site. I have read
about inserting an object to link to, but I dont understand what is
happenning here. Everytime I try to do it, nothing happens. I cannot get
any video to play. When I preview it in my browser, nothing happens. Any
help would be great, its driving me nuts!

This should work for you:

On your hard drive in the folder where you have your website files create a
folder named movies

Put all of your movies in the movies folder be they mp3, wmv, mpg etc.

Now edit you website and add links to the movies, i.e.,

Watch Billie sing Under the Boardwalk here.

Using the mouse, capture the word here
then go to Insert Hyperlink; in the hyperlink box write this

/movies/filename.mp3 <========= whatever the file name and file
type.

Save as a Website or Publish to web; whatever way you upload your website to
the ISP.

You will also need to crate the folder movies on the website and upload you
movie files into the movies folder.

Now when you click on the word "here" on the webpage you will see Billie
sing Under the Boardwalk
