This is tricky, because there are so many video formats
and video players in use. As a result, you never know what
your visitors are going to have.

The safest and most generic approach is to save your video
in various formats (such as Windows Media, RealVideo, and
QuickTime) and then provide ordinary hyperlinks to each
one.

You might also want to consider the Windows Media Player
FrontPage Add-In available from:

http://www.microsoft.com/frontpage/downloads/addin/launchup
date/searchdetail.asp?a=50

but keep in mind that it only works on systems with
Windows Media Player Series 8 installed.
