I have FP 2003 and am trying to insert a video. But, when I click on insert
then pictures, I do not have the option to click on video. It is grayed out.
Can anyone tell me how to correct it? I have already done a reinstall, but it
didn't help.

Do you have the site open (File > Open > Site). Some options can be greyed
out if you don't have a site open.

Second possibility is to check the "compatibility" options I think the
"insert video" thing you're referring to only works with IE browsers.

Go to Tools, Page Options and change the browser type to IE Only or
"Custom".
