View all data when print out

I have an excel document that has fields where you can't see all of the data
once you print the sheet out the data in the cells are so long that the cells
cut them off when you print, is there any way I can fix this problem if
someone has an email address I would love to email the document so you can
see more clearly what I'm talking about. [email protected] is my email

Tim,

Couple of things you could do...

Remove any data in the cell to the right or insert a blank column
to the right of the offending cells. The data will then spill over
into the adjoining column.

Autofit the column with the wide data.

Format the wide cell and the cells next to it as "Center across selection"

Note: posting your email address in a public forum allows the address
to be harvested and used by spammers. Disguise it in some manor.
