View changes from 100% to 200%

When working within a document, the view size of the page changes from 100%
to 200% after I insert a macro. It just started to do this & I have no
explanation, but the view size should not be changing.

What version of Word? And what do you mean by "insert a macro"? Run one?
Record one? Write one in the VBA Editor? Copy one using the Organizer? Load
an add-in?

Word 2003. I click on the Document ID button we have to insert the document
ID on the last page, and that is when the view changes size.

So this button runs a macro. If it is a recorded macro, there's a good
chance it picked up settings in the document in which it was recorded. See

It happens in every document..... I've reset the toolbars in the normal.dot,
and replaced the files used with that button with the original files, and
that did not solve the problem. What else could it be?

It doesn't sound as if you've edited (or even examined) the macro?
