View conversation containg unread message/s

Is there any way to set a view to make Outlook 2007 show whole
conversations/threads containing one or more unread messages? I can show
just the unread messages in a folder easily, of course, but can't find a
way to make Outlook show the whole conversation whilst hiding all other
conversations.
