View default keeps changine to Web View- Help!

I use Word as my Outlook editor. But whenever I open a new email to write, or
respond to one sent to me, the default view (Normal) changes to Web Layout,
messing up the text size. How do I keep the default to normal view?

you will naturally use Web Layout in html email.
