View displays wrongly

In Word 2003. The Print View of the document shows the text as if it is right
at the top of the page, yet if I print the document there is a proper margin.
Same at the bottom of the page. It's as if the top and bottom margins have
been cut off. Tried deleting the normal.dot template, but problem persists.

In Word, click on Tools | Options | View tab | check the "White
space between pages" box | OK.

Clicking at the top edge of the "white space" will do that.
