View enterprise resource details except Skills

Hi,

I want to make the enterprise resource details and
availability viewable for every team member, except the
skills.

I do not manage to do so using the security settings.

Does anyone know a nice way of accomplishing this ?

Dale,

I'd rather have a Resource Center view, because of the
nice 'View Availability' button in the toolbar of the
Resource Center. We want to make this beautiful feature
available for everyone.

The 'Edit Resource Details' button reveals too much
information for team members however (e.g. it reveals who
is supposed to be capable of playing the role of a Java
expert, etc.).

I hope this can be realized without having to change the
code of the Project Server ASP pages.
