Hi,

I have setup a tool with restricted views so that guests will not be able to
see forms created by others except their own.

The issue is that although they cannot see it in their view, they can export
all the data within the tool. is there someway of preventing this or do I
have to create a separate workspace for guests

You might want to look at creating a separate workspace and using look ups
to pull the data you want and that the guest can view.

Thanks for the quick reply Marc. I was afraid that might be the only solution.

I am trying to create 1 workspace which has all the tools required by a user
but I guess I will not be able to achieve this since now that a second
workspacce is required.

Is it not possible to disable data export for guests?

There does not seam to be any controls over export.
