View internet favorites through Outlook

Is there a way I can put a Favorite shortcut in Outlook 2003 Pro so that my
user can click on it and it will take him to his internet favorites?

Sure, R-click the toolbars, Customize, Commands, Menu Bar, drag
Favorites to the desired location.
