Please don't use all caps in electronic correspondence - it's very difficult
on the readers' eyes & in news groups & email is considered rude - the
equivalent of shouting.

To deal with the menu, Control/Right-Click one of your toolbars, select
Customize Toolbars & Menus, go to the Toolbars & Menus Page. Then click the
name of the Menu Bar, hit the Reset button & see if that restores the View
menu when you OK out of that dialog. If not, reply back for other options.

As to the "underline in color" issue: I have no idea why you're looking for
a "color palette" or what color palette you mean as there isn't any palette
by that name. Underline color wouldn't be located in the View menu, anyway,
so you need to provide a more exact description of what you're actually
trying to find. The color of text underlining is in the Format> Font dialog.
