View multiple Outlook calendars?

My department has two secretaries that manage the appointments for seven
professionals. Currently the secretaries have each professional’s calendar
opened and minimized on there desktop. While this works it is not the most
efficient way for these secretaries to get global views of the department. I
am seeking a more elegant way to have these calendars displayed
simultaneously and for the secretaries to work more efficiently with them.

If you upgrade to Outlook 2003, thye calendars can be displayed side by side
in one window.
