View>Navigation>Properties Error

I'm trying to re-structure a site that someone else created and may have made
a mess of things...

When working in View>Navigation, I right click on a page icon and check the
properties. That opens to the Errors Tab that reads:

(1) A FrontPage Save Results component tried to read or write from the file
"unsaved:///test.asp", but access to this file or URL is disallowed because
it is located in an invalid subfolder, is not part of the Web, or was
disallowed by an administrator.

What does this mean? What do I need to fix this problem?
