Does anyone know if it possible to view a sent items
folder in Outlook 2000?

Can apply permissions to the folder but don't know how to
view it in another mailbox

It can't be done through the Open Other User's Folder command; the mailbox
will have to be added to the other user's Folder List.

Let's call the owner of the Sent Items folder User A, and the person who
needs to view it we'll call User B. First, give User B Reviewer permission
at the root of User A's mailbox. Then, make sure User B has the appropriate
permission for User A's Sent Items folder itself. Once those two things are
done, User B can go into Tools | Services, then into Exchange Server
properties, click Advanced, and then add User A's mailbox to the list. The
mailbox and all the folders User B has permissions to see will then appear
in his or her folder list.
