You can't. You can use the webbased mailclient of your provider (if
provided) to check the messages you haven't downloaded already. Contact your
ISP for more info on this.

Outlook Web Access, if you use Microsoft Exchange server. If you use
Internet Mail, there's no web interface available that will show you all
your Outlook data. You can check new/undownloaded messages from your ISP's
webmail page if they have one, or www.mail2web.com if they don't.
