View PowerPoint and Not Download

How to post a PowerPoint in a fashion such they can only be viewed and NOT downloaded?

How to post a PowerPoint in a fashion such they can only be viewed and NOT downloaded?

"Post" as in "on a website"?

Generally speaking, you can't. The nature of the beast is that you click on a link, the
browser downloads the file to your local PC then opens it from there.

There are ways of "streaming" audio and video; a server delivers a stream of bytes to
some kind of player on the user end but doesn't ever deliver a whole file as such. You
might want to google streaming video to see what turns up.

What about "Save as Web Page"?

File, Open, type in the URL of the PPT saved as a web page and you have
an editable PPT open in PPT.

That, sir, is what about "Save as Web Page".

Weird, eh?
