I'm trying to give our Project Managers the ability to see
VIEW ENTERPRISE RESOURCES IN RESOURCE CENTER under
Resource Center. For some reason I'm missing something.
Any ideas?

You will need to go to the Admin section of PWA and select the Manage
Security action item then select the My Resources category name. Below, in
the text box, you should see who has permission to view the resource center.
If the Project Manager Group is not listed ( assuming you have your project
managers in that group ), then they will not be able to see the resources
listed there. Modify the My Resources category to include the Project
Managers Group in the Resource View permission, then check to see if they
are able to view the resources the way you want. There are other places
where they can be blocked from that view, but you will need to check those
only if this doesn't work.
