view resources which don't have rbs

There is a configured RBS. We need that those users will be able to view
resources which don't have RBS.

I discover that this is may be done through category. But in this case we
need to add resources manually. But we want to do it automatically through AD
group included those resources without RBS. Is it possible in MOPS 2007?

The easier solution may be to create a place for them on the RBS, if you can
think of a way of doing it so that it solves your problem.

I don't know how to do it with RBS. We have the following RBS:

Management -> Department 1 -> Department 1.1
-> Department 1.2
-> Department 2 -> Department 2.1

and so on. We want that Department X will be viewed by all Departments. How
to do it?
