I'm having the same problem with Visio 2003 Standard. Under
Tools/Options/General, there is a check box labeled "Enable live dynamics".
"When you resize or rotate a shape, you can see the shape as it is being
transformed, instead of just seeing the bounding box until the action is
complete." This function does not work with my machine/software. Local IT
folks will be looking into it for me. Any leads?
