I am automatically exporting Snapshot reports from an
Access 2002 (format 2000) database using Windows 2000
setup. The Access report is set up in landscape and is
exported as Snapshot format. On most machines when the
report is opened for view it is displayed correctly as
landscape, but on one or two machines (using the same
setup as above)the report is viewed incorrectly as
Portrait and then truncating the data over several pages.
Even stranger is when you go to print the report with the
incorrect orientation it prints correctly and then also
views correctly. It just seems to view Portrait when
viewing the Snapshot report.
I've tried changing the page set up, screen resolution and
printer settings to no avail.(We are all using the same
printer). Any help would be much appreciated - its
driving me round the bend!!
