view tasks, calendar items and inbox at the same time

Hi,

is it possible to view tasks, calendar items and the inbox at the same
time?
Background: I would like to schedule with the calendar. Unscheduled
items are stored in tasks. As inbox items occur they either are done
immediately, or they become a task, or moved into the calendar for
further processing.

I´m using outlook 2003 with XP.

Any help would be nice,

Not in the same window. You can display the Taskpad int he Calendar view
(View>Taskpad), but you'll need to open that calendar in a window separate
from your Inbox. While in the Folder List view of the avigation Page,
right-click the Calendar folder and choose Open in New Window. Then in that
calendar windows, click View>Taskpad. Now tile the windows as you wish. If
you use File>Exit in the main window to close Outlook, it will remember you
had two windows open and open them both the next time you start it.
